RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We thank you for your purchase and hope you are satisfied with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you can open a return file. To proceed with the return, simply contact us within 15 days from the date of receipt of the item either on whatsapp or at the email contact indicated in the footer of the website.

All returns must be handed over to the courier within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order. All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unused, with the original tags and labels attached and the foils back on.

You will receive the return slip in the case of a defective item or instructions on how to contact the courier for collection in the case of items to be returned for other reasons.
