Modalities, costs and delivery terms

Deliveries of Products are made exclusively within the European territory. The delivery obligation is understood to be fulfilled by transferring the material availability or otherwise the control of the Products to the user. It is understood that with the delivery of the Product to the Carrier, no liability can be attributed to the Seller for any damage caused by or attributable to transport. For these reasons, the Vendor invites users to always check, prior to signing the DDT (transport document), the integrity of the packaging, the absence of deformations on the package wrapping and/or any tampering of any kind, for which no responsibility can be attributed/attributed to the Vendor who cannot be called to answer for it in any way.

At the time of shipment, an e-mail will be sent to the user confirming delivery to the carrier, which will also contain the link containing the tracking number through which the user can check the status of the shipment.

STANDARD" delivery is free of charge within the national territory, if the user requests a different type of delivery, i.e. delivery within 24 hours of the order, this will be counted in the order summary under "delivery costs" and charged in full to the user.

In the order summary and, therefore, before the user proceeds to transmit the order, the total price of the order will be indicated, with a separate indication of the delivery costs and any other additional costs in the event that it is not "STANDARD" delivery, which is and remains free of charge. This total, which will also be indicated to the user in the order confirmation e-mail, will constitute the total amount due by the user in relation to the Product. The Seller shall proceed to issue an invoice for purchases made on the Site in the cases provided for by the applicable regulations.

The delivery of the Products purchased on the Site may take place, at the user's choice: (i) at the postal address specified by the user in the order form ("Home Delivery"); or (ii), if the Seller has activated this service, at the pick-up point named "Pick&Pay" selected by the user during the purchase process ("Delivery at Pick&Pay").

Home Delivery

In the case of Home Delivery, the Products purchased on the Site will be sent and delivered to the postal address indicated by the user in the order form. The Seller makes available to the user at least the mode of Home Delivery by express courier. During the purchase process, before the user proceeds to transmit the order, the costs and terms associated with this Home Delivery mode and any other Home Delivery mode that may be made available to the user by the Seller are indicated.

Home Delivery of the Product shall be understood to be at street level, unless otherwise indicated and unless the user has opted for delivery to the floor, if made available to him by the seller.

The user acknowledges that the collection of the Product is his precise obligation. If the Home Delivery method chosen by the user from among those made available by the Seller does not provide for delivery at an agreed time, in the event of non-delivery due to the absence of the addressee, the courier will leave a notice to document the delivery attempt (so-called notice of delivery). The notice shall also contain the contact details at which the user may contact the courier to arrange redelivery or to collect the parcel. After the unsuccessful delivery attempt, the parcel shall be stored with the carrier.
The user is obliged to pick up the parcel within 3 calendar days from the second day following the day on which the notice of delivery was left. In the event that the user does not collect the Product within this deadline, the purchase contract shall be deemed to have been rescinded by right and the Seller shall be authorised to withhold the relevant payment. This is without prejudice to the possibility for the user, within the aforementioned term, to contact the Seller to agree on a new delivery of the Product, in which case the user shall be liable to pay the costs of the unsuccessful Home Delivery, the costs of storage, the costs of returning the Product to the Seller and any other costs that the latter may incur due to the non-delivery due to the absence of the addressee.

The user is obliged to point out any particular characteristics relating to the place of delivery of the Product and/or its location, by inserting a note to the order, in the space made available to him at the end of the purchase process and before sending the order. In the event that he fails to provide such information or provides incorrect information, any additional costs that the Seller has to incur to complete delivery of the Product shall be borne by him.
